TaKorean is a great place to try some Mexican-Korean fusion. Their three tacos plate is filling. Choose the type of shell, then choose the meat, then choose the type of Korean slaw that accompanies it. Other choices include a range of sauces and other additions. Good idea to let the employees surprise you with the best combinations.

Quick and service. Semi-healthy rice bowls. Prices keep going up pretty soon I will have move on from them. Bowls went from 6.. 8 now 11 dollars under 2 years.

I ordered the bulgogi and chicken bowl. I wasn't a fan of the pickled slaw (expecting it to be more like kimchi) but the meat was fantastic. It feels pretty healthy and the portion size is pretty fair. Highly recommend!

Pretty underwhelming considering the powerful flavor profiles of both Korean and Mexican cuisine. I feel like Korean-Mexican fusion fast casual done well is super tasty (like Kogi in LA or Korilla in NYC). I got a bulgogi bowl and pork tacos and they tasted exactly like what you would expect if someone who is neither Korean or Mexican was trying to make a dish inspired by both cultures to sell to the masses.
